Job Description

To manage, develop and maintain retail relationships through meetings with Store Managers and Department heads, along with in-store training/education.

•Manage and develop retail relationship
•Meet with Store Managers and Department Heads
•Execute the Retail Relationship strategy within assigned territory
•Prioritize key retail accounts within territory and work with the District Manager to develop an effective routing and call frequency/strategy
•Basic knowledge of products/services for the purposes of store personnel education
•Achieve profitable sales growth objectives within assigned territory
•Achieve Key Performance Indicators within assigned territory
•Follow up and confirm Clinic’s Pet Counts, Sales, etc.
•Watch for signage in stores, communicate with store employees the importance of signage, stapling flyers to receipts and other marketing techniques to improve referrals and increase pet counts and sales
•Utilize ACT to make notes and keep appointments up to date
•Respond to Store Manager’s inquiries/requests in a timely and professional manner
•Communicate with local DM all store concerns to improve pet count
•Work with our retail partners in professional manner at all times, adhering to their company policies and guidelines
