Trupanion is looking to re-vamp and expand its Employee Benefits program and are seeking a motivated individual to lead the effort. If you’re creative, love to own things and are great at building strategic partnerships, then this position could be for you!
The Manager of Employee Benefits position is charged with establishing relationships with companies seeking to add pet insurance as either a voluntary or employer paid benefit. The building of these corporate relationships is based on responding to company requests AND proactively selling companies on the benefits of pet insurance for their employees. In addition to the external building of partnerships, this position will build the internal team and processes to execute effectively.
In addition to Employee Benefits, this position will also be responsible for leading and growing our relationships with Insurance Brokers. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
The optimal candidate will be an articulate, high energy, self-motivated professional with a minimum of 5 years experience working within the buying or selling of benefit offerings to HR/Benefit Managers and Insurance Brokers. Joining Trupanion with an established network of Benefit Consulting Groups and HR/Benefit Managers within large organizations is a major plus!
