Job Description:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Acquires accounts and manage sales within an assigned territory; targeting new opportunities and implementing sales strategies to penetrate active accounts

Proactively penetrates existing assigned accounts and increase business by making recommendations for new lines, new products, and new promotions for customer solutions.

Maintains relationships with existing accounts and capitalize profits through effective pricing, product mix and account management

Maintains retention ofaccountswhile ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction whichincludes responding to customer concerns, developing solutions, providing follow-upon client matters.

Exceeds or meets personal sales targets while demonstrating a solid customer focus.

Criteria for Measuring on the Job Success

Minimum Required Education, Experience and Skills

One year certificate from college or technical school; or 2 years outside sales experience and formalized sales training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

What you will be doing:

  • Providing 3-D Rendering and composition for packaging, hard goods such as plasticware, character figurines, aquarium products, and various dog toys, ranging from a sketch style to full photorealism.
  • Accurate modeling of existing and prototypical structures and spaces.
  • 3D Prototyping
  • Working with multiple licenses including: Marvel, DC, Looney Tunes, Hello Kitty, Ziploc, Arm & Hammer, Sesame Street.

Approx Salary: $45k

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Highly organized and has the ability to work on multiple projects, with rigid deadlines, both individually and in a team environment.
  • Keen sense of materiality, composition, and lighting
  • Ability to provide visual design solutions and communicate technical concepts in non-technical terms to staff and clients.
  • A creative self-starter.
  • Extensive knowledge of 3D production hardware and software platforms in either/or: 3D Studio Max, Maya, and Rhino.
  • Critical thinking and personal time management.
  • A Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, 3-D Design. Animation, Illustration, or related field and internships in a related field.
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Any experience working with licenses following specific character molds, and any experience in the pet industry, especially aquarium products, is a major plus.
