Yoga and Pilates are two of my favorite ways to get centered, strengthen my core and stretch tight muscles. A few items that can help this cause I found are listed below.

These premium, 100% TPE mats are made form Thermo Plastic Elastomer material, which is a fancy way of saying they are recyclable, biodegradable, and have very little smell. TPE RatMats are closed cell in construction, which means they won’t absorb moisture during practice. Each TPE mats is two toned, with top print side color and floor facing color (light gray or dark gray). Printing inks used on all our mats are also nontoxic.
